DX Store Limited - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DX Store Limited's website (dxstore.hk), services, and related platforms (the "Services"). DX Store Limited ("DX Store", "we", "us", "our"), a Hong Kong company established in 2025, operates via Storeberry. By accessing or using our Services—including purchases, consignments, grading, or interactions via IG (@dxstore.hk), Carousell (dxstore.hk), eBay, or Collectors Holdings Inc.—you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ or have parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse service.

2. Purchases and Orders

• Order Process: Add items to cart, checkout with accurate info (name, address, payment). We accept PayMe, FPS, credit cards via secure gateways (not stored by us).
• Payment: You warrant legal use of payment methods. Prices exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.
• Order Acceptance: We may refuse/cancel for stock issues, pricing errors, fraud, or illegality. Confirmation email not final until shipped.
• Shipping: Via SF Express (HK: 1-3 days, HK$40 or free over HK$500). Delays not our liability. Track via email.
• Risk of Loss: Passes to you on delivery.

3. Products and Services

• TCGs/Collectables/Action Figures: Sold as-is; condition described (e.g., NM/LP). Inspect photos. No guarantees post-shipment.
• Consignment: Sellers upload via portal; we approve/list (15% commission). You retain ownership until sold. Fees deducted from proceeds.
• Grading: Submit via form; fees non-refundable. Results final; no liability for value changes.
• Availability: Inventory real-time via Storeberry sync across channels. No backorders unless specified.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

• Returns: 7 days for unopened TCGs/collectables (store credit; you pay return shipping). Custom/graded/consignment items final sale.
• Refunds: At discretion; processed within 14 days. No refunds for digital services.
• Warranties: Products "AS IS"; no implied warranties. Counterfeits prohibited—report for investigation.

5. User Accounts and Membership

• Register with accurate info. Keep login secure; notify of breaches.
• Loyalty: Points earned/redeemed per rules; non-transferable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No counterfeits, illegal items, fraud, spam, or interference. We monitor; violations lead to bans.

7. Intellectual Property

Our site/content trademarks protected. User uploads (e.g., consignment photos) grant us non-exclusive license for listings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services provided "AS IS". No liability for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Max liability: order value. Force majeure applies.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims from your use/violations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

Hong Kong law applies. Disputes via Hong Kong courts. Arbitration optional for claims under HK$100,000.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update; notice via site/email. Continued use = acceptance.
