Shopping & Orders

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We support PayMe, FPS, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. All transactions are secure via Storeberry's integrated checkout.

  • How do I track my order?
    Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email (Order Confirmation template). We use SF Express for Hong Kong deliveries—typically 1-3 days.

  • What are your shipping rates and free shipping threshold?
    HK$40 flat rate for Hong Kong Island/Kowloon; free shipping on orders over HK$500. International shipping available via SF Express—contact us for quotes.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if not yet processed. Contact support immediately via chat or email for changes.

  • What is your return policy?
    Unopened TCG products and collectables: 7-day returns for store credit (buyer pays return shipping). Graded/custom items are final sale. Proof of condition required.

Products & Inventory

  • How do you describe card conditions (e.g., NM, Mint)?
    We use standard TCG grading: NM (Near Mint: minor wear), LP (Lightly Played: visible wear), MP (Moderately Played: creases). Photos provided for singles.

  • Do you offer bundles or pre-order options?
    Yes! Check our "Deals" section for TCG bundles. Pre-orders for upcoming sets have expiry dates and deposit requirements—inventory tracked automatically.

  • Are products available for both online and in-store purchase?
    Yes, via Storeberry sync. Toggle "Online" and "Retail" status ensures real-time stock across channels (IG, Carousell, eBay, Collectors Holdings).

Consignment Services

  • How does consignment work?
    List your items via our seller portal: upload photos, set condition/price/reserve. We handle sales (15% commission), you get paid post-shipment. Approval within 24 hours.

  • What items can I consign?
    TCG singles/boosters, action figures, collectables in good condition. No counterfeits or damaged goods. Minimum value HK$100 per item.

Grading Services

  • What grading tiers do you offer and what are the prices?
    Basic (HK$150: condition only), Standard (HK$300: numeric grade), Premium (HK$500: slabbed w/ label). Turnaround: 7-14 days.

  • How do I submit items for grading?
    Use our online form: upload photos → select tier → pay deposit → drop off at store or mail. Track status via dashboard (Booking Reminder emails sent).

  • Do you accept third-party slabs (e.g., PSA)?
    Yes, for re-grading or crossover services—additional fee applies. We partner with local authenticators.

Account & Membership

  • How do I create an account?
    Sign up during checkout or via "My Account." Enjoy loyalty points, member-only discounts, and order history.

  • What are the membership benefits?
    10 levels: Earn points on purchases (redeem for discounts/free gifts). Refer friends for bonus points.

  • Where is DX Store located?

  • Do you host events or tournaments?
